This circuit consists of the following exercises:
1. Upper/Lower Body Circuit
- Squats
- Push-ups on knees
- Dumbbell side raise
- Dumbbell row
2. Core Conditioning Circuit (for Abs, Low back and obliques)
(these exercises are shown in the beginner's workout video in the post below)
- Crunch
- Bridge
- Plank
- Side Plank
- Bird Dog
- Warm-up (use step ups as shown in the video or a stationery bike, cross trainer or treadmill for 5min)
- Perform 2-4 rounds of the Upper/Lower Body Circuit
- Then perform 2-3 rounds of the Core Conditioning Workout

ReplyDeleteRe, the exercises for the time being I can only manage to do the sqauting 55 times, the push ups om ny knees 35. Regards the other ttype of push ups I found a problem that is felt pain on the scare of my bypass, however I didn't take risks. Do you have an alternative to replace this exercise. Thanks and regards.

ReplyDeleteRe,emailing again since am not sure the previous email had been delivered.The sqautting exercise i can only manage to do 55,re, the push ups reached the figure of 35 providing am using the knees push up. The reason is with the normal push up i experienced pain around the scar of my bypass. However do you have an alternative to replace.Thanks and regards,
